Peggy’s personal training client Mary Dowling resides independently at Oak Harbor Senior Community in Vero Beach and has been training with Peggy Hamilton for over 14 years.  Mary is 90 years-old and exercises with Peggy 3 days weekly. She is a healthy, energetic and independent woman that plays golf, takes Qigong, Aerobic dance classes, plays bridge and has a social schedule to rival that of a much younger individual.


Peggy Hamilton teaches Core Fusion Class for strength, flexibility and balance.

Peggy Hamilton, Founder and Director of GoodLife Senior Home Care is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist. She has over 40 years experience working in the Fitness & Wellness Industry.

Peggy has shared her fitness and wellness knowledge and expertise at: Quail Valley River Club, Sea Oaks, Orchid Island, John’s Island  and the Jungle Club in Vero Beach, Florida.
